Terms of Use

By accessing or using the RCF Peculiar Family Portal (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all members, coordinators, and administrators of RCF Peculiar Family: Redeemed Christian Fellowship, BOUESTI, Ikere-Ekiti.

To use this App, you must:

• Be a current or prospective member of RCF Peculiar Family
• Have received a valid unique member ID (RCF_XXXXXXX) from a fellowship coordinator
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Be a student of BOUESTI or a recognized affiliate

Use of a false identity, someone else's member ID, or fabricated information to gain access to the App is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

As a registered member, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential and secure
• Update your profile whenever your academic or residential information changes
• Use the App solely for fellowship-related purposes
• Treat all information shared in the App (including other members' details) with respect and confidentiality
• Not share or distribute any member's personal information obtained through the App
• Not attempt to access another member's account or the admin dashboard without authorization
• Report any security vulnerabilities or data concerns to fellowship leadership immediately

Fellowship coordinators and admins who are granted elevated access agree to:

• Use member data exclusively for fellowship follow-up, pastoral care, and administrative purposes
• Never share, export, or distribute member data outside the fellowship without explicit consent
• Handle prayer requests and personal challenges with the utmost confidentiality and pastoral sensitivity
• Only generate and distribute member ID codes to verified fellowship attendees
• Ensure attendance records are accurate and not falsified
• Use the AI messaging tools responsibly reviewing all generated messages before sending

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm any fellowship member
• Share offensive, inappropriate, or spiritually harmful content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App or its database
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with other people
• Use the App for any commercial, political, or non-fellowship purpose
• Submit false prayer requests, challenges, or feedback intended to mislead coordinators

RCF Peculiar Family is a Christian fellowship committed to the values of the Redeemed Christian Church of God and the motto of Aggressive Evangelism. All members are expected to uphold the spiritual integrity of the community by:

• Engaging with the App in a spirit of honesty, humility, and mutual respect
• Using the prayer request and challenge features sincerely and in good faith
• Supporting fellow members through encouragement rather than judgment
• Honoring the leadership structure and authority of appointed coordinators and admins

The fellowship reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Use
• You are no longer a student or active member of the fellowship
• Your account shows signs of unauthorized access or fraudulent activity
• You request account deletion
• Your expected graduation year has passed (automatic see Privacy Policy for details)

Upon termination, your account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The RCF Peculiar Family Portal, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of RCF Peculiar Family. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission from fellowship leadership.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or completely secure. Fellowship leadership will make reasonable efforts to maintain the App but cannot be held liable for any data loss, downtime, or technical issues.

RCF Peculiar Family and its coordinators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is zero, as this App is provided free of charge to members).

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage members to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Use are governed by the principles of the Redeemed Christian Church of God and applicable Nigerian law. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall first be addressed through fellowship leadership before any other recourse.
